How long will it take for my custom cabinet or amplifier kit to ship?
Since many of our products are built-to-order, lead times can vary. Standard components typically ship within 1-2 business days, while custom cabinets and hand-wired amplifiers generally have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
What is the warranty policy on Mojotone electronics and components?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Mojotone manufactured products, including cabinets and amplifiers. Third-party components like vacuum tubes and speakers are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.
Can I return a DIY amplifier kit if I have already started soldering?
To ensure safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on DIY kits that have been partially or fully assembled. Unopened and unaltered kits may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee.
Do you provide technical support for DIY amplifier and pedal builds?
Yes, we provide comprehensive wiring diagrams and manuals for our kits. If you encounter issues, our technical support team is available via email to help troubleshoot your build.
Do you ship electronics and heavy cabinets internationally?
We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Please note that international customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred during customs clearance.
Are your pickups hand-wound in the USA?
Absolutely. Every Mojotone pickup is hand-wound and assembled at our headquarters in Burgaw, North Carolina, using premium materials to ensure vintage-correct tone and reliability.
